Diffuse Galactic ultraviolet background emission.

Model the diffuse Galactic ultraviolet background using a piecewise cosecant model [1].

The spectral energy distribution interpolates linearly between the GALEX filter wavelengths of 1539 and 2316 Å, and extrapolates linearly outside.
